If your organization is a 2007 NCE-FM filing window applicant, Radio Data Services can help with the following services (and more):
- Minor Technical Amendment exhibits to resolve mutually exclusive conflicts (such as new site, adjacent channel change, directional pattern, reduction in ERP, etc.).
- Minor Modification studies of "singleton" construction permits that have already been granted to improve coverage.
- Examination of tendered applications to determine the extent to which they are mutually exclusive with other applications and, if possible, suggested technical amendments to remove conflicts.
- Review of other conflicting mutually exclusive applications to verify 1st or 2nd NCE aural service (307 b) claims and any potential technical deficiencies.
